Format text
Use headings to break a post into sections, lists for steps or takeaways, quotes for highlighted passages, and links when you reference another page.
Add media and embeds
When available in your editor, use image and embed controls to add supporting media to the post. Keep images relevant to the surrounding section and add captions or context in the post body so readers understand why the media is included.
Keep drafts easy to scan
- Use short section headings.
- Keep paragraphs focused on one idea.
- Use lists for steps, requirements, and summaries.
- Put the most important reader takeaway near the top.
Editor beta note
