How to contact support

What to include

  • The email address on your TribeTale account.
  • Whether you are using the web app, the iOS TestFlight beta, or both.
  • What you expected to happen.
  • What actually happened, including any error message.
  • The steps you took immediately before the issue appeared.
  • A screenshot or screen recording if it helps explain the problem.

For login issues

Do not send your password. Tell us whether you tried password login, magic-link login, or both.
